Well fellas, this is my first journal under this account.

What do I mean with "this account"?

OK, lemme explain that: I've been on dA since August 2004, under another nickname. As I'm a graphic designer, drawing is just a little part of my work activities, but probably is the one I enjoy the most. Mostly of my "other" gallery is filled with fanarts, cute little girls and another kawaii things that can melt your teeth instantly, with some occasional design stuff and non related things.

But I'm kinda bored of drawing the same things again and again. People expect from me things like cute little girls, cute critters, cute fanarts, cute, cute, cute... OK, guess you've got the point. It's not that I'm getting bored of cute stuff (in fact, I can't live without a hint of cuteness in my everyday life); the fact is that I have a small captive fandom that expects from me just a single thing: cute little girls (and if they're barefooted, it would be the best for them).

That's why I created this account.

I'd like to draw another kind of things. As you can see, I'm uploading deviations mixing both anthro characters and that macro (or giantess) thingie. And although my characters are not well defined or they look a lot like my previous charas (you know: cuteness overload) I'm really enjoying this. I like a lot these new drawings. And I'd like to improve my abilities in this kind of artwork since the whole dinamics and aestethics of the buildings crumbling, cars being crushed, giant characters making their everyday life literally ON those tiny cities, and the whole macro concept appealed me as a new challenge to achieve.

I have to admit one of my biggest influences comes from *AlloyRabbit and his particular vision of a universe where his characters enjoy their life among with some characters from his friends, all of them living sometimes on a literally "small world", and sometimes as normal sized fellas with a life very similar to ours. And I'm kinda ashamed to show my artwork to you guys since it can't be compared with *AlloyRabbit great illustrations and sketches. But I'd like to take his work as a close reference for later trying to create my own world and giving my own personal style to my deviations; of course, if he allows me to.

It's not that I want to go undercover or leave forever my original account... I'm just trying to have a rest from my current watchers and find another friends while learning another stuff in the process.
